About research

As part of the Vector Research Laboratory (LIVE, CIET) my work focuses on the molecular identification of arthropods. Regarding the Aedes aegypti mosquito, I work on the evaluation of resistance to insecticides and the characterization the host associations of the mosquito species by identifying host DNA contained in mosquito blood meals.
